Veterans Suicide Roundtable to be Held in Delaware County

Sen. Killion & Rep. Quinn join Sen. Regan & Rep. Barrar, Veterans Affairs Committee Chairs 

Senator Tom Killion (R-Chester & Delaware), Senator Mike Regan (R-Cumberland & York), Representative Chris Quinn (R-Delaware), and Representative Steve Barrar (R-Chester & Delaware) will host a Roundtable Discussion regarding the issue of Veterans Suicide on Thursday, October 24, at 10:00 a.m. at the Concord Township Municipal Building. 

They will be joined by federal, state and county officials, Pennsylvania Department of Drug & Alcohol Programs, Pennsylvania Department of Human Services and Pennsylvania Department of Military & Veterans Affairs alongside county Directors of Veterans Affairs and other veterans organizations.

The group will discuss federal, state, and local efforts to combat Veterans Suicide and how best to enhance coordination moving forward.  This is the fifth Roundtable Discussions that Senator Regan will hold in his capacity as Chairman of the Senate Veterans Affairs & Emergency Preparedness Committee.

WHAT: Roundtable Discussion on the issue of Veterans Suicide featuring public officials and federal, state and local agencies and organizations.  The event is free and open to the public. 

WHEN:  Thursday, October 24th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

WHERE: Concord Township Municipal Building, 43 S. Thornton Rd, Glen Mills, PA (Delaware County)
