On July 24, Senator Regan attended the Lincoln Cemetery dedication in Upper Allen Township.
The Lincoln Cemetery holds the remains of 12 African American Civil War veterans that served in the USCT’s 175 segregated regiments.
Lincoln Cemetery now proudly holds the recognition of being on the Cumberland County Register of Historic Places.
